APPLICATION
The machine is used for the production of Max.8mm PVC Coated Fence Wire. In case of semi-finished, plastic, wire in 3-3.5mm wire per day, if the machine does not stop for any reason, it is a machine with a high capacity of 10 tons per day.

LINE MAIN FEATURES
Up to 8 mm wire diameter, it is a line that enables fast PVC coated fence wire insulation. Single layer extrusion application can be made with the line. A self-centered 6 head is used. A bypass unit is placed on the head.
This production line consists of 60 extruders and automatic fine-tuning heads and other equipment that can produce different types of wires depending on the type of production material, production speed and wire cross-section. Extruders screws and barrels are suitable from 8550 material to PVC material.
